How is the 2023 Wrangler powered?
Six great engines are available for the 2023 Jeep Wrangler, and each one provides drivers with impeccable power and capability. The first engine we will discuss is the standard 3.6-liter V6 that delivers an outstanding 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, which pairs with either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. There are a few options from here with the 2.0-liter four-cylinder, which pumps out 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque and pairs exclusively with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Want some diesel power? The 2023 Wrangler has you covered with a diesel-powered 3.0-liter V6 that kicks out 260 horsepower and a massive 442 lb-ft of torque. You can get this engine with all four-door versions of the Wrangler. Are you going off the road? Then we suggest the pavement-pounding 6.4-liter V8, which pumps out 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque and is standard on the Rubicon trim. The final engine is for the remarkable Wrangler 4xe, and it comes with a turbocharged four-cylinder and has hybrid elements such as a battery pack and two electric motors. It produces 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, and 22 miles of all-electric range.
What does the 2023 Wrangler offer in terms of features?
On top of how powerful the 2023 Wrangler is, this innovative SUV also comes with many features of the luxury, tech, and off-road variety. The base trim is the Sport trim which has foglights, tow hooks, skid plates, 17-inch steel wheels, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Things get more advanced with the Sport S trim which adds alloy wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and air conditioning. If you want your Wrangler to have four-doors, check out the Sahara trim, which also adds a body-colored grille and fender flairs, 18-inch wheels, full-time four-wheel-drive, remote keyless entry, automatic climate control, and an 8.4-inch touchscreen with integrated navigation, and an upgraded driver information display. Off-road fans will love the Rubicon, which has all the latest off-road equipment such as 17-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, heavy-duty front and rear axles, locking front and rear differentials, and rock rails. The Rubicon 392 adds to this with high-performance electronic brakes, a 2-inch suspension lift, and Fox shock absorbers.
